Кількість бенефіціарів зменшилася в 5 країнах ЄС, а саме в Австрії (-1 420 осіб; -1,7%), Франції (-685; -1,1%), Естонії (-550; -1,5%), Нідерландах (-120; - 0,1%) і Мальта (-20; -1,0%)
